Aquafina Vietnam International Fashion Week (AVIFW) Fall/Winter 2024 took place at Quan Ngua Sports Complex, Hanoi, and featured 16 renowned designers including Priyo Oktaviano. At this event, Priyo made an exclusive appearance with his collection incorporating ‘Sasak Fuse’, which adapts traditional fabrics in a modern style. For AVIFW 2024, Priyo once again showed his commitment to highlighting the archipelago's wastra by engaging Tenun Mulya from Kediri, which provides local ikat weaving to create elegant garments for the international stage. This collaboration showcased the combination of contemporary aesthetics and local wisdom, while emphasizing Tenun Mulya and Priyo Oktaviano's role as ambassadors of East Java tenun on the global stage.
